Company History

Richard Terry and Bob Taylor formed RT Electrical Sales Company in 1976. The company initially represented lines such as Arrow Hart, Federal Signal, Tork, and Pringle within the territories of Arkansas, North Mississippi, and West Tennessee. Today, RT Electrical Sales is representing several well known lines. Due to the company's growth, Richard and Bob hired Roger Taylor in 1981 to oversee the Little Rock territory. Eventually, Roger became the third partner at RT Electrical Sales Co. In 1989, Ernie Permenter was hired as a salesman for the Little Rock office. When Roger retired, Ernie replaced him as partner. Since that time, Bob has retired and Ernie has gone to work for Cutler Hammer. Currently, Richard Terry is the pricincipal of the company.
